What About Penile Dysmorphic Disorder (PDD)?
It’s important to mention that there is a real psychological condition called Penile Dysmorphic Disorder (PDD). PDD is when a man perceives his penis to be much smaller than it actually is, often obsessively so.
Not surprisingly, a lot of men fall into this camp. In one recent case, I met with a patient who felt his penis was too small. The man had a 9 inch penis that was almost 7 inches in diameter, so this was obviously not the case.
