How does the UroFill® technique work?

UroFill® is a patented and proven procedure to enlarge penis girth by injecting proprietary hyaluronic acid penile girth filler which complements the internal structures of the penis so that the results are smooth and natural.

The procedure involves numbing the penis with anesthetic and then a medical professional performs a series of 4 to 6 injections of penile girth filler per session. The entire process takes about 15 minutes on average and you can return to work immediately after.

Who should perform this procedure?

Can UroFill® make my penis longer?

Although some of the before and after enhancement photos you may find for UroFill® look like the penis is longer, what you’re really seeing is the filler preventing the penis from shrinking as much in its flaccid state. So from a “look bigger in the gym” standpoint or to impress someone visually, UroFill® can give the IMPRESSION of a longer penis. But the reality is that in an erect state, the length will be the same.

What UroFill® does is GREATLY increase your girth (width, circumference).

Can UroFill® be used to make the head of the penis larger?

Yes. However, due to the the vascularity of that part of the penis, the filler will likely only last about 3-4 months in that area. By contrast, UroFill® can last years in the shaft.

You can expect an increase to your girth of .25 to 1 inch each girth injection session depending on your starting size and how many units of hyaluronic girth filler you receive.

Dr. Paul Perito, MD, FACS is a world-renowned urologist, urologic surgeon and men’s sexual health pioneer based in Miami, Florida. Dr. Perito specializes in penile implants and penile girth enhancement, and is the creator of the UroFill® girth enhancement technique. His extensive experience and dedication to men’s sexual health and aesthetics have positioned him as a leader in his field. Dr. Perito attended Emory University for undergraduate training, University of Maryland Medical School, University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital for general surgery, and a urology residency and a one-year fellowship at Flinder’s University, South Australia.
