No, You Shouldn't Inject Fat From Dead Bodies Into Your Penis

• Asymmetry (fat isn’t fully absorbed into the tissue, leading to a mis-shapen appearance)

• Infection

• Unknown long-term results (this is a relatively new process)
  

Cadaver fat injections run similar risks, along with a higher rate of the fat tissue being rejected by the body (and an obvious “yuck” factor, given the source).
